INGREDIENTI:
150 gr di farina gialla macinata fine
350 gr di farina bianca 00
200 gr di mandorle sgusciate
250 gr di burro
170 gr di zucchero
3 tuorli
 
PREPARAZIONE:
scaldate il forno a 150 gradi
togliete il burro dal frigo ed ammorbiditelo
allargate le mandorle su di una teglia da forno, infornate e fate tostare
frullate le mandorle raffreddate insieme a 50 gr di zucchero
mescolate le 2 farine in una ciotola grande
aggiungete le mandorle tritate, lo zucchero, i tuorli ed il burro ammorbidito
amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti
imburrare una tortiera
fate cadere la pasta a grosse briciole nella tortiera
cuocete nel forno per circa 60 minuti
sfornate e mangiate!
